Our story
We’re engineers. We’d built voice flows on three platforms before starting this one — each time hitting the same wall when reliability mattered. The unit we’d been given (one prompt to steer) wasn’t the right size. So we started over from a smaller unit. Feliciti is the result.
How we work
Three commitments we hold.

Two weeks — or we tell you upfront.
The pilot agent takes real calls by the end of week 2. If your call needs longer, we say so before we start.

Founders sell.
No SDR layer. The people writing the code are the ones who pick up your call.

We say no a lot.
If your call doesn’t fit the platform, we’d rather lose the deal than waste your quarter.
